Tinto Fino's Online Store Policy

You must be at least 21 years of age in order to purchase alcoholic beverages, as required by law. By placing an order through www.tintofino.com, you are representing to us that you are at least 21 years of age. An adult signature (at least 21 years of age) will be required upon delivery of all shipments. Please be aware that the package will not be left if no adult is available to sign. We cannot ship wine to PO boxes or APO boxes.

All orders will be processed within two business days and are shipped via UPS. The customer assumes title of the wines once purchased and contracts with the carrier (UPS), with whom Tinto Fino will engage on behalf of the customer. In the case of shipments outside New York state, the responsibility for complying with local regulations and/or tax requirements lies solely with the customer. If your state laws prevent us from shipping to your area, we apologize for any inconvenience and are happy to arrange shipping to an alternate address in a nearby state that allows direct shipping.

During times of inclement weather, either extreme heat or extreme cold, please be advised that Tinto Fino recommends delaying shipment until conditions improve. Tinto Fino is not responsible for items damaged during shipping due to weather. In the case that you receive damaged merchandise, please contact Tinto Fino immediately. Returns will be accepted and store credit offered in exchange at Tinto Fino’s discretion.

Tinto Fino's Wine Club's

Subscriptions to our various wine clubs are offered for your choice of 3, 6 or 12 months. For each of our clubs, we will be shipping on the first Wednesday of every month and local delivery is available. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate substitutions or customize the clubs in any way. As always, here at Tinto Fino, Vinos de España, we work hard to ensure that the wines we offer are of the highest quality, regardless of price. In regards to shipping and handling fees for these clubs, shipping and handling fees will be charged with each month's subscription fee. Due to the nature of the club, we cannot offer cancellations but we would be happy to change the shipping address with proper approval at any time.
